As disclosed in a stock exchange announcement issued on 26 April 2012, on that day Frauenthal Holding AG signed an agreement to sell the Frauenthal Group’s Industrial Honeycombs Division to Ibiden European Holdings B.V.
This transaction was completed June 1, 2012. All the necessary approvals have been obtained, and the conditions precedent of the agreement – notably merger clearance and the transfer of the purchase price – have been fulfilled.
